Over the past decade, I've worked across healthcare, charity, commercial and consumer sectors, helping organisations communicate more clearly, engage their audiences more effectively and develop content strategies that support long-term growth.

Storytelling sits at the heart of everything I do.

Alongside my work in content strategy, I've written my first middle-grade novel, The Heart That Held The Forest.

Writing fiction deepened my understanding of how stories shape attention, emotion and decision-making.

Great stories create connection. They help people make sense of complex ideas, see themselves within a journey and understand why something matters.

Digital, AI and Search

While storytelling explains why people search, modern search behaviour explains how they search.

My background includes studying Digital Marketing in an AI World at London Business School, which led me to explore how search is changing and how businesses are discovered in an increasingly AI-driven environment. What became clear is that customer behaviour hasn't changed as much as the technology.

People still have questions. They still seek reassurance. They still look for trusted guidance before making decisions. But what has changed is where those questions are being asked.

Today, discovery happens across search engines, AI assistants, recommendation systems and conversational platforms.
